The Crosswalk Roadmap lays out our strategic approach to bringing decentralized finance (DeFi) to a global audience. Goal: Establish the foundation of the Crosswalk Ecosystem and introduce the CSW token to the public.
Highlights: This stage focuses on laying the technical and community groundwork. With the launch of the CSW token, Crosswalk is now officially in the hands of early adopters, who play a key role in shaping the platform’s future.
Outcome: CSW token live on Solana, establishing the initial market cap, and forming the core user base to support ongoing development.
Goal: Grow Crosswalk’s online presence to attract new users and foster an active community.
Highlights: Expanding across major social platforms like X (formerly Twitter), Telegram, Discord, Reddit, TikTok, and YouTube. Engaging posts, community events, and interactive content will establish Crosswalk as a recognizable brand in the DeFi space.
Outcome: Increased visibility and follower base, laying the groundwork for organic community growth and engagement.
Goal: Build strategic alliances within the DeFi ecosystem to support and enhance Crosswalk’s services.
Highlights: Forge partnerships with key DeFi projects, validators, and influencers. Initiate Phase 1 marketing and establish initial integrations or cross-promotions to expand reach.
Outcome: Expanded network and resources, giving Crosswalk a solid foundation for more complex integrations and market reach.
Goal: Develop the primary infrastructure of the Crosswalk Ecosystem, focusing on the DEX, CSW multi-chain deployment, and other essential features.
Highlights: Launch the first version of the DEX, begin the process of expanding CSW across multiple blockchains, and conduct security audits. Phase 2 marketing introduces these core features to the community.
Outcome: Functional DEX and multi-chain capabilities, setting up the technical backbone for more advanced stages.
Goal: Strengthen Crosswalk’s usability with platform-wide integrations and enhanced security.
Highlights: Integrate Crosswalk across web and mobile platforms for a seamless user experience. Initiate global marketing efforts, complete security audits, and introduce staking protocols for CSW holders.

Goal: Launch the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of the Crosswalk DEX to provide users with a functional and efficient decentralized trading platform.
Highlights: Roll out a user-friendly DEX MVP, initiate Phase 3 marketing, establish a reward system for early DEX users, and work toward a centralized exchange (CEX) listing for greater liquidity.
Outcome: A functional DEX with growing user engagement, supported by liquidity from new listings and a rewards program for early adopters.
Goal: Introduce fiat on/off ramping and other essential services to expand Crosswalk’s utility.
Highlights: Enable fiat on/off ramping to make Crosswalk more accessible to non-crypto users. Launch the Crosswalk Card (CSW Card) to offer additional payment options and expand into global remittance services for increased utility.
Outcome: A more versatile ecosystem with expanded use cases, making Crosswalk accessible to both crypto natives and new users entering DeFi for the first time.
Goal: Amplify Crosswalk’s brand and reach by leveraging marketing channels and strategic partnerships.

Goal: Optimize user experience (UX) and introduce advanced features based on user feedback and market trends.
Highlights: Implement UX improvements across the platform to make it more intuitive and efficient. Expand services to offer additional features for a better overall experience.
Outcome: A refined, user-friendly interface that caters to the evolving needs of the Crosswalk community, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Goal: Position Crosswalk’s DEX as a top choice for project listings in the DeFi space.
Highlights: Aim to list 5,000 projects on the Crosswalk Swap, increasing liquidity and trading opportunities. This stage will involve outreach to other DeFi projects and encourage them to list on Crosswalk’s platform.
Outcome: A robust marketplace with diverse trading options, making Crosswalk a go-to platform for token listings.
Goal: Enhance Crosswalk’s interoperability by integrating with external wallets and platforms through API connections.
Highlights: Launch the CSW API to enable wallet and platform integrations, allowing for seamless access across multiple devices. This stage will make Crosswalk more flexible and open to partnerships.
Outcome: Improved accessibility and interoperability, making Crosswalk adaptable to various user preferences and external services.
Goal: Release the complete version of the Crosswalk DEX, with all planned features and native services integrated.
Highlights: Finalize the DEX aggregator with advanced trading tools, analytics, and customizations. This release represents Crosswalk’s maturity as a DeFi platform, providing a full suite of services.
Outcome: A comprehensive, fully-featured DEX that serves as a powerful tool for traders and investors, establishing Crosswalk as a central player in the DeFi ecosystem.
